Naessens was responsible for all construction and installation techniques for the renovation and refurbishment of the Manchester building in Aalst, on behalf of BBC. The collaboration was particularly pleasant and constructive — a breath of fresh air after previous, more challenging projects. Thanks to open communication and clear coordination, we were able to strive for a high-quality and efficient end result right from the start.

A complex project with a focus on finishing and acoustics

The surface mounting required precise planning and execution, especially due to the combination with a sprayed acoustic ceiling. This type of ceiling presents specific challenges: all cabling must be laid and protected in exactly the right way before spraying, so that the end result remains technically perfect and aesthetically sleek.
